STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.

If something doesn’t work out, certain non-sale items are eligible for return, if the return is started and the item is shipped within 72 hours of delivery to the receiver’s shipping address.* You must contact our customer care department to receive the RMA number, which must be included with the return.

Start the return process within 3 days of receiving your item.
We inspect all returned items. The product must be returned in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories intact.

The customer will pay the cost for return shipping in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, etc. All returns must be received by our facility within 10 days from the date the parcel was delivered to the customer’s address. This means you have 72 hours to review your purchase, notify our customer care department that you want to make a return.

Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within a maximum 10 days from the documented date of delivery to the shipping address.

Please be aware that our quality control – prior to shipment – includes careful physical inspection and taking high quality photographic images of all products before they are shipped to the customer. Photos are also taken of each item inside the box, and packages are weighed before being sealed inside the box. When we receive returns at our facility, the incoming return is photographed, it is physically inspected and compared against the inspection checklist that was conducted before shipping, and also compared and evaluated against the photographs that were taken of the item before shipping. If the returned product(s) is unused and is still sellable, the buyer will receive a full refund for the cost of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If the item(s) is/ are used, damaged – but still sellable, the return may receive a partial refund. If the item is discovered to be in unsellable condition and/or if our returns department receives a completely different item other than the item that was originally shipped, no refund will be issued.
