This is a vintage garment that is approximately 90 years old. This is a hand loomed, hand sewn, high quality silk garment. In it’s current state, the garment is suitable for wear, however it is delicate. Spot clean only. Do not launder, or dry clean, because the detergents may cause the hand painted features or other embellishments to wash away. If the time comes to store the garment for a long time, it is recommended that you do not store in plastic. Traditionally, high quality silk materials are best preserved when stored in a moisture free environment in a breathable cotton bag. Silk should never be left in direct sunlight for long periods of time. - PRODUCT ID: KIM-BURG_Genjiguruma.
