FULL LACE WIG EXCHANGE POLICY

Under extraordinary circumstances, Contemporary Imports (CI) may grant a limited offer to make ONE (1) exchange - however the offer is limited to only one (1) time per purchase, after specific criteria have been met as determined by a Contemporary Imports representative. This one time exchange offer strictly applies to wigs that are defective, and/or if you have received the wrong item. The one time offer to exchange/replace the wig is granted with our explicit authorization. The opportunity to make an exact exchange is subject to availability of the item in our available inventory at the time the exchange is requested. Contemporary Treasure Imports will not accept delivery on items that have been returned without our prior approval. All unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's own expense. There will be no exceptions.

To Qualify For The One Time Offer To Make One Exchange Per Purchase

THE CUSTOMER AGREES (to) :

contact CI in writing through eBay email within 48 hours of receipt of delivery to identify the problem;

ensure that the unit is returned in its original brand new condition (i.e., the wig may not have been worn, damaged, cut back, washed, or altered, in any way - or this offer is null and void);

re-packaged the wig with all original packaging materials (i.e., plastic mold, tissue paper, netting, protective plastic casing, bag, etc.);

after receiving our explicit authorization to exchange: return the wig (at the customer's own expense) by means of fully insured, "trackable" express shipping within 5 (FIVE) days -Saturday's count. (If Contemporary Treasure Imports has not received the wig within 5 (five) days, excluding Sunday - this offer will become null and void.

send us an eBay email notification advising of the impending shipment (include tracking information as well as the anticipated date of delivery).

If the returned item shows signs of use, or damage, or if it is not in the original, brand new/un-worn condition, this offer will be null and void and the used wig will be returned to the customer at the customer's own expense. Any returns thereafter will be refused.

the terms of this one time offer, and understands that this offer will be concluded and fully satisfied once the brand new replacement item (of similar nature, and/or comparable value) has been shipped; with absolutely no further obligation, or liability on the part of Contemporary Treasure Imports, or its subsidiaries (Contemporary Imports; CTI Salon).

CONTEMPORARY TREASURE IMPORTS AGREES (to):

accept the shipment of a returned item, if we have given prior approval the customer to make the return, and if the wig is in the original, brand new/un-worn condition, and shows no signs of use, damage. If we suspect that the wig has been used, this offer will be null and void and the used wig will be returned to the customer at the customer's own expense. Any returns thereafter will be refused.;

send confirmation through eBay email to customer acknowleging notice of the customer's shipment;

notify the customer once we have received, and inspected the returned item;

replace the item with an identical product that is brand new and/or of comparable value, or if the customer agrees, with a similar product of comparable nature and value. - (replacement options may be limited to items available in our inventory at the time of exchange.

fully disclose all possible replacement options with customer (during the initial complaint communications).

ship the replacement item to the customer via priority mail (at our expense) within 48 hours of notification to the customer about the pending shipment.

* If Contemporary Treasure Imports has not received notification of a problem within 48 hours of receipt (per the tracking information available on line, which indicates the date and time of delivery) this offer will become null and void. If we agree to exchange the wig for you and find that the returned wig has been worn, or damaged, or washed, brushed, has residue from adhesive products, dandruff, smells like it has been used, etc., then we will promptly return the used wig you at your expense, and file a claim with eBay, and PayPal, and this offer will be null and void. After this offer has been extended, accepted and fufilled, Contemporary Treasure Imports and its subsidiaries will have no further obligation to any further business transactions, or mediation process as this offer will be fully satisfied.
