LIMITED RETURN POLICY
Contemporary Treasures makes every effort to offer you the highest quality products at the best possible value.  We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however, there are occasions in which a return is necessary.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase it is important that you contact contemporary imports within 48 hours of receipt to make your issue known.  You may contact us via email at info@contemporarytreasures.com to state your issue.  If our representatives have determined that a return is permitted, then you will receive detailed instructions for the return.  Please note that when items are returned, they must be in the original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags).  If your return is accepted a store credit of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping and handling charges. Please note that if Contemporary Treasure Imports does not receive notification within 48 hours of receipt (per the tracking information available on line, which indicates the date and time of delivery) then this offer is null and void. If we agree to exchange the wig for you and find that the wig you returned has been worn, or damaged, or washed, etc., then we will return the used wig back to you, and this offer will be null and void. If you have aready received your second exchange and find that you are unhappy with the second exchange, the offer to make a third exchange will not be available to you, and will therefore be null and void. If we find that the customer is taking advantage of our company, and our policies, and/or if the customer is causing unnecessary conflict; or has become slanderous; or has attempted to discredit our company, our products and our policies, publically, or privately, then this and all potential offers to apease the customer will be null and void.

This return policy is applicable to all products with the exception of PS3, cell phones and cell phone accessories. We have NO RETURN policy on PS3, cell phones and cell phone accessories. Our return policy also excludes undergarment apparel items, and personal hygene products, and any other item which reflects a no return policy in the description portion of the listing.


WRONG SIZE ORDERED
Our objective is to offer you the best possible selection at the best possible value. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, you will have to place a new order for the correct size. In these cases, please contact Contemporary Treasure Imports for detailed instructions about how to return your purchase. The item will have to be returned with its origional packaging materials. Once we have received the item, a 20% restocking fee will be applied toward the next purchase


WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE THE WIG AND WANT TO RETURN IT?
We fully understand the notion that this is an investment, a luxury purchase, and for the expense you want to be happy with what you have spent your hard earned money on. If for some reason you are dissatisfied, we will allow you to send your wig back to us so that it may be exchanged for another high quality wig similar to the that you origianally received. In order for the wig to be exchanged, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt of delivery that you are not happy and want to return the wig to us. The wig must be in it's original condition (i.e., it may not have been worn, washed/shampooed, damaged, cut back, and it must be placed in it's original packaging (hair net, tissue paper, plastic sleeve), etc
